陳召龍,北京大學深圳研究生院新材料學院特聘研究員,博士生導師,入選國家級青年人才項目。近幾年在Nat. Mater., Sci. Adv., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater.,等材料、化學、信息類重要學術期刊發(fā)表學術論文數(shù)十篇;Google Scholar引用4000余次,H因子35;獲授權中國專利10余項。研究成果被Phys. Org,Compound Semiconductor,Semiconductor Today,科學網(wǎng)等多家國內(nèi)外知名學術媒體報道。擔任Nat. Rev. Mater., Nat. Commun.等期刊獨立審稿人。

課題組致力于開發(fā)低維納米材料合成與制備新方法,探索納米技術的變革性應用。具體研究方向包括:
(1)烯碳材料可控制備
(2)晶圓級低維材料制備與功能器件
(3)基于二維材料的異質(zhì)集成技術
